A gathering on July 17 at the Robbins Chapel Polling House allowed the various partners to celebrate technological advancements responsible for mini-cell phone towers which are now in place in six remote areas of the county. Local officials shown in the group are County Administrator Dane Poe, Sheriff Gary Parsons and Supervisor Chairman DD Leonard with Congressman Morgan Griffith among the legislative representatives.
